After joining VG Investments in 2023, Katy’s role as Finance Manager has expanded to include oversight of Voyage’s financial operations. Her core focus includes investment analysis, financial strategy, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day financial management.

In addition to her finance responsibilities, Katy plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Human Resources function, where she brings a detail-oriented and employee-focused approach to supporting team well-being and operational efficiency.

  • Valuation Manager – Provided valuation and financial advisory services in connection with gift and estate, management succession planning, and corporate strategic planning.

  • Tax Accountant – Performed family wealth and tax advisory services with extensive experience in income, trust, and gift taxation for a boutique accounting firm in Grand Rapids.

  • Tax Senior Associate – Specialized in tax compliance and planning for high-net worth individuals and charitable organizations for a national accounting and advisory firm, as a member of the Private Client Services group.
