His background bridges creative vision with practical execution—shaping projects from concept sketches all the way through to fully realized spaces. Along the way, Kyle has built teams that navigated complex challenges and delivered environments that are as functional as they are inspiring.

Whether it’s leading design strategy, driving development decisions, or orchestrating the details of construction, I thrive on creating projects that leave a lasting impact. Blending a designer’s eye with a builder’s pragmatism, Kyle brings a unique perspective to every challenge—always pushing for innovation without losing sight of what it takes to get it built.

Project Experience

• Grand Rapids Christian Schools. Managed the design and construction of Grand Rapids Christian Elementary School, High School Renovation, Middle School building acquisition and Renovation, as well as master planning for growth in all scenarios.

• Trinity Christian College Athletic Expansion; Managed the design and documentation for Trinity’s multiple phase athletic expansion project which included a new competition gymnasium, new athlete training and care area, offices, and climbing wall.

• Vervint (Formerly OST) Office Renovation; 12,000 Square foot Renovation of historic building of Class A office space located in Grand Rapids MI.

• Harbor Grand Hotel Restoration; Restoration of luxury hotel, restaurant, and guest services area located in New Buffalo MI.

• Stryker Mako Instruments; Rebranding and Represented Stryker for multiple projects for their Mako Division in Fort Lauterdale FL and Boston MA.

• GT Independence; Building purchase and rehabilitation for new Corporate office for GT independence in Sturgis, MI.

• The Watershed Development; Facility Assessment, Design, Development, and Construction oversight for new 6 story mixed used in Sturgis MI.

• Residential Project(s); Design and Construction oversight for several cottages, luxury homes, and supporting facilities throughout west Michigan and northern Michigan.
